Mahayogi Ankha Jyotish Calculator Terms of Use

1. Agreement and what the Calculator is

By subscribing to or using the Mahayogi Ankha Jyotish Calculator (the "Calculator"), you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Calculator. You are paying for access to the Calculator, not buying it or any copy of it. You must be 18 or older to use it.

The Calculator casts a classical Vedic Prashna chart for your Life question and prepares it for use with an AI assistant. You may use the AI link provided in the Calculator or an AI assistant of your own choice. Interpretations are written by that AI, not by the Calculator, its owner, or any person. The Calculator is offered as an aid to self discovery and personal insight. Charts and interpretations are not medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice, and are not a substitute for a qualified professional. All decisions you make remain your own responsibility.

2. Purchases

• Seller: the Calculator is sold by the DIVINE LIGHT CHRISTIAN MINISTRIES TRUST (the "Owner"). Payments are processed by Stripe; your card details never reach us.
• Free first question: one free question per email address.
• Single question: $5, to be used within 30 days of purchase.
• 5-question pack: $12, a one-time purchase. Pack questions must be used within 30 days of purchase.
• Monthly plan: $19 per month for up to 20 questions, renewing automatically until you cancel. Unused monthly questions expire at the end of each month. Monthly subscribers may download their readings to their own device.
• Sales tax: added at checkout where the law requires it.
• Cancelling: you may cancel the monthly plan at any time from your account. Access continues to the end of the month already paid.
• Refunds: within 14 days of purchase, unused questions are refunded minus a $1 processing fee, which covers the card-processing cost that is not returned to us when a payment is refunded. The monthly plan is refundable only if no questions were used that month. Questions already used are not refundable, except where the law requires otherwise.
• Prices may change with 30 days' notice to subscribers.

3. Using the Calculator

• Your access is for your own personal use. Don't share your access code or account with others.
• The Calculator, its charts, its methods, and its content belong to the DIVINE LIGHT CHRISTIAN MINISTRIES TRUST (the "Owner"). You may not copy, resell, or attempt to reproduce the Calculator or its methods.
• You may keep your own charts and AI interpretations for personal use. The prepared chart and the instructions that come with it are confidential: use them only with your own AI assistant, and do not publish, share, or resell them.

4. No warranty and limits on liability

The Calculator is provided "as is." There are no guarantees or warranties of any kind, expressed or implied, including about the accuracy of charts, AI interpretations, or any particular outcome. Interpretations come from a third-party AI service that you choose and that we do not control; your use of that service is governed by its own terms.

To the fullest extent the law allows, the Owner, its trustee, and its partners are not responsible for any decisions you make or any losses that follow from using the Calculator. If any liability does apply, it is limited to the amount you paid for the Calculator in the previous 30 days.

5. Your information, ending access, and changes

• Your information: we keep only your email address, your purchase history, and how many questions you have left, so we can provide the Calculator and manage your account, and may send you occasional news and offers (unsubscribe anytime). We do not save your questions or readings. We do not sell or share your information.
• Ending access: we may suspend or end access for misuse, sharing of access, or non-payment.
• If the service shuts down: the Owner gives 30 days' notice and stops new purchases and renewals at that time. You may use your remaining questions until the closing date. The normal refund rule above still applies. Free questions have no cash value and end at closing.
• If the service is sold: the Owner may transfer these Terms and your account to the new owner. You will be notified and may cancel if you do not wish to continue.
• Changes: we may update these Terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the new Terms.
• Governing law: these Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Iowa.
