What we keep
- Your email address, to create your account, send receipts and service notices, and send occasional news and offers from the Owner. Every news email has an unsubscribe link.
- Your purchase history and how many questions you have left, so we can provide what you paid for.
What we do not keep
- Your questions and readings. We do not save them. Monthly subscribers may download their readings to their own device; those copies stay with you.
- Your card details. Payments are handled by Stripe, which processes and stores card information under its own privacy policy. Card details never reach us.
AI interpretations
Your chart is interpreted by an AI assistant you choose. Whatever you send to that service is governed by its own privacy policy, not this one.
Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share your information, except where the law requires it or to a new owner if the service is sold, as described in the Terms of Use.
Your choices
You may ask us to delete your account and the information above at any time by contacting us. Purchase records may be kept as long as tax law requires.
